    How do I sign up for Harklinkken VIP Membership when I already use Extract?

    The Harklinkken Membership is a subscription-based program that makes your haircare routine effortless.

    When you place at least three Extracts and your treatment shampoo (Balancing or Stabilizing) on subscription, you will receive complimentary consultations both in-clinic and online, free shipping on your orders, along with a 15% discount on all products you place on the subscription.

    Here are the four steps to get started on our membership program.

    Step 1 Go to the Extract page on our webshop EXTRACT and select already an existing client. Please enter the email address you have on file with us, then click subscribe.

    Step 2 Visit our product webshop HAIR CLEANSING and click on the Hair Cleansing section.

    Next, select your recommended treatment shampoo (Balancing Shampoo or Stabilizing Shampoo).

    Click the subscribe & save option to receive your 15% discount, and adjust frequency to your desired time frame - delivery every 3 months is suggested.

    Step 3 Add any other products to your Membership Set to receive them at a 15% discount.

    Step 4 Complete your purchase, and look forward to receiving your products conveniently and easily.

    What is the difference between VIP membership and subscription?

    We are committed to offering you a hassle-free VIP Membership or subscription in which you can make changes at any time, including changing shipping frequency, adding or deleting products, or canceling your VIP Membership or subscription at any time. In addition to the 15% off you receive when you choose to have a product on subscription, VIP membership also comes with unlimited free in-clinic or online consultations with one of our expert hair specialists. Additionally, as a Member, you are offered additional discounts on products you purchase above and beyond the ones included in your Membership Set.

    How do I manage my VIP membership/subscription?

    We are committed to offering you a hassle-free VIP Membership and subscription in which you can make changes anytime. Simply log in to your account on the upper right-hand corner of our web page, and you will see your VIP Membership/subscription options. Here you can manage your addresses, payment options, and products, including changing shipping frequency, removing products, or skipping a shipment.     Can I cancel my VIP membership/subscription at any time?

    Yes, we are committed to offering you a hassle-free VIP membership in which you can make changes at any time. If you would like to cancel your VIP membership simply contact our customer experience team at dubai@harklinikken.com or +971 4 38 555 70.

    Am I able to change the shipping frequency or the products that I receive each month?

    Yes. Simply log in to your account on the upper right-hand corner of our web page, and you will see your VIP Membership options. Here you will be able to change the shipping frequency, remove products or choose to skip a shipment on any products. Please note, if you have purchased one of our Membership packages and removed products, so it no longer qualifies for VIP Membership, you will no longer be eligible to receive a free in-clinic or unlimited follow-up consultations. You will still receive 15% off any products on your subscription and have the option to purchase an in-clinic and online consultation should you wish.

    How do I skip a shipment?

    If you would like to skip a shipment on any product, that is not a problem. Simply log in to your account on the upper right-hand corner of our web page, and you will see your VIP membership/subscription options. Under "Next Estimated Delivery Date" for each product, simply click on "Skip" and your account will not be charged, and no product will be sent out until the following month. Want some more help?     If I cancel my membership do I still get my next consultation for free?
    Yes. We will honor any free consultations booked up to a period of 2 months after VIP membership is cancelled. If you choose to then have an additional consultation after this period, and you are not member, you will need to pay the listed price for the follow-up in-clinic or on-line consultation.
    If I am a VIP member, can someone else (friend/family member) utilize my free consultations?
    No. The free consultations only apply to the person that has signed up for VIP Membership.
    Do I receive 15% off all orders or just my first shipment?

    You will receive 15% off on all Harklinikken products that you have signed up for subscription either through our VIP Membership Program or an individual subscription product. This includes the first shipment and on any future shipments as well.

    When will my Harklinikken product be delivered?

    Your delivery of the Harklinikken products is based on the delivery frequency selected and your initial purchase date. For example, if you placed your first order on April 12th, and the delivery frequency is two months, your next order will be sent on June 12th and then August 12th, etc. You will receive an e-mail seven days prior to any product being shipped out in which you can change shipping frequency, skip a month or cancel at any time. Free Delivery on all UAE shipments over AED 500 and typically see delivery between 3-5 business days from the date of purchase.
